1. Fruit Cake With Strawberry or Cherry filling

CAKE INGREDIENTS: Whipping cream (MILK), EGGS,
wheat flour (GLUTEN), sugar, white
and dark chocolate (MILK, SOYA BEANS),
fresh sesonal fruits (berries), lemon juice, water,
strawberry filling*/cherry filling**, lemon juice,
baking powder (GLUTEN).

2. Forest fruits
Ingredients: Double cream (MILK), EGGS, wheat flour
(GLUTEN),sugar, white and dark chocolate (MILK, SOYA
BEANS), fresh sesonal fruits (berries), lemon juice, water,
raspberry-blueberry paste, Forest fruit paste*, baking powder
(GLUTEN), stabilizer (cellulose, carrageenan), aroma,
colour (carotenes)
*Forest fruit paste: raspberries and blueberries puree (50%); sugar, citric
acid; vegetable concentrate: carrot, sweet potato, raddish, apple,cherry,
natural flavourings, pectin.
**Strawberry paste: sugar; strawberry puree (21%); glucose-fructose syrup;
water; flavourings; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates;

3.Strawberry Cake

baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), SOYA lecithin, flavours, antioxidant: rosemary extract, carrageenan, carotenes.
